Course
Official race materials describe single-track, hills, streams, and rocky sections. The marathon uses repeated park loops and an out-and-back toward the Old Bale Grist Mill, so footing and rhythm matter more than split-chasing.
Race-day weather
Late March in Napa Valley usually means cool air and potentially softer trails after rain. Temperature is rarely the hardest part here; traction, footing, and narrow trail sections matter more.
