About the Betsie Valley Trail Run Half Marathon

Course
The route follows the former Ann Arbor Railroad grade, so it is flat and straight by trail-race standards. The firm aggregate surface works fine in road shoes, and the out-and-back passes wetlands, pine and hardwood forest, and crossings of Dair Creek and the Betsie River.
