About the Valley Harvest Marathon

This Nova Scotia Thanksgiving-weekend tradition pairs the full marathon with shorter road races. Acadia University and Wolfville provide a compact base for a course rooted in the surrounding agricultural valley.

Course

The certified road route travels through Wolfville and rural Annapolis Valley communities. Rolling grades accumulate steadily, and open farm sections make effort and wind management more useful than rigid splits.

Race-day weather

October can bring crisp racing temperatures, rain, or strong valley wind. Cool shade may alternate with exposed sun, and fallen leaves can make wet corners slick.
