Course
The course starts downtown at the Glass Pavilion and moves through historic streets, neighborhoods, paved trail sections, and rolling terrain. The organizer also publishes a rolling road-closure plan, which signals a course that stays spread out and operationally serious.
Race-day weather
Late March in western Arkansas can warm quickly after sunrise. A 7:00 a.m. start helps, but the rolling terrain can still feel heavier if the air turns humid or breezy.
