About the Death at DuPuis

Death at DuPuis is an established Florida backyard based in the remote DuPuis Management Area. The field restarts a 4.166667-mile yard every hour, and the final runner must complete one last loop alone.

Course

Daytime yards follow flat, grassy singletrack through the management area. After dark, runners move to a flat gravel out-and-back, changing the footing while keeping elevation almost nonexistent.

Race-day weather

February is often milder than a South Florida summer, but humidity, direct sun and warm afternoons still matter. Grass can hold moisture, while the exposed night road may feel cooler and breezier.
