About COROS Training Plans

COROS gives its plan library away through the COROS Training Hub. Marathon options run 20 or 16 weeks at beginner, intermediate, and advanced level, alongside 12 week plans aimed at finish windows of 4:00 to 4:30, 3:15 to 3:35, and 2:45 to 3:00. Drag a plan onto a start date and each day's workout appears on the watch. A separate Personalized Marathon Plan builds from your own training data.

  • You can pick a finish window rather than an experience level.
  • Half marathon plans come in both heart-rate and pace-based versions.
  • Trail and ultramarathon plans are published in the same free library.
  • Plans are built by certified coaches on a periodized build, recover, taper, and peak structure.

Common questions

Do you need a COROS watch to use the plans?

The plans are free, but the workflow is built around applying a plan in the COROS Training Hub and having each day's workout appear on a COROS watch. Without the watch you would be reading the schedule rather than running it as guided workouts.
