Fall Classic Half Marathon
Five decades old and still one of the flatter halves in northeast Ohio, the Fall Classic runs Valley Parkway inside the Cleveland Metroparks from Bonnie Park.

About the Fall Classic Half Marathon
The Cleveland Road Runners Club has run this since the mid 1970s, and the half has grown quickly, past 600 finishers. Race day is capped at 1,000 runners and the 5K now sits on the day before, which keeps the parkway less crowded for the long race.
Course
A USA Track and Field certified out and back almost entirely on Valley Parkway through the Metroparks. The road is wide, closed to most traffic and genuinely flat, which makes it one of the better late season PR options in the region. Parking is off site at an RTA lot, so plan the walk in.
Race-day weather
Late November near Cleveland can swing from the 20s to the 50s. Wind funneling down the valley is the usual complaint, and an early snow squall is not unheard of.
