About the EPIC Marathon and Running Festival
EPIC is the current successor to the Green Bay Marathon tradition. The spring festival includes a marathon, half marathon, relay, 5K, and youth races while supporting local nonprofit partners.
Course
The road-and-path route tours Green Bay and neighboring communities before returning toward the stadium district. Flat stretches support rhythm, but turns, bridges, and possible spring wind prevent automatic fast times.
Race-day weather
May near Green Bay can be cold and damp at dawn or surprisingly warm by late morning. Wind off the bay and Fox River is the main pacing variable.
