About the Brew City Marathon
Brew City brings a spring full marathon to Milwaukee's lakefront running network, pairing a performance-focused course with a relaxed post-race atmosphere. The event also supports Hunger Task Force as its charity partner.
Course
The marathon stays entirely on paved trail, with a flat and fast profile. It starts and finishes near Veterans Park on Lincoln Memorial Drive, uses a certified route, and gives full-marathon runners a six-hour limit.
Race-day weather
April beside Lake Michigan is highly changeable: runners may see cold air, lake wind, rain, or a mild sunny morning. The exposed lakefront can feel much colder into a headwind, so race-day layers deserve attention.
