About the Bigfoot 200

Destination Trail's Bigfoot 200 is one of the defining American 200-mile races. Its continuous point-to-point format, sleep stations and long cutoff make it fundamentally different from a standard weekend ultra.

Course

The 207.9-mile route traverses volcanic terrain around Mount St. Helens with about 45,563 feet of gain and 46,880 feet of loss. Twelve aid stations include five designated sleep locations.

Race-day weather

The Washington Cascades can deliver heat, cold nights, rain, smoke or mountain storms during a multi-day crossing. Gear planning must cover far wider conditions than the start forecast alone.
