About the Beneva Montreal Half Marathon
Montreal's 21K is a high-capacity race with its own start, course and cutoff during Marathon Beneva de Montréal weekend. The 2026 edition is listed for October, correcting a stale September discovery date.
Course
The point-to-point course runs from Parc Jean-Drapeau to Parc Maisonneuve with modest net loss but several changes in grade. A generous four-hour limit broadens the field beyond speed-focused runners.
Race-day weather
Mid-October in Montreal often produces cool racing weather, but wind, rain and sharp temperature swings are possible. Open park and bridge approaches can feel colder than sheltered streets.
