The original 100K is the competitive centerpiece of Cape Town's multi-distance trail festival and a member race of the World Trail Majors.
Course
From Gardens Rugby Club, runners cross Table Mountain and Karbonkelberg in the first half, then return through greenbelts, forest, and the King's Blockhouse climb.
