Taiwan National Park Marathon - Yangmingshan is a limited-field mountain road race in one of Taiwan's most distinctive protected landscapes. The full marathon is capped at 1,000 entrants.
Course
The course starts and finishes at the Bagua flag platform by Chung-Shan Building, then traverses Yangmingshan roads near Qingtiangang and Lengshuikeng. Sustained climbing and descending define the six-hour event.
Race-day weather
Yangmingshan can be cooler, wetter and windier than central Taipei. Mist can reduce visibility, while exposed ridges may bring sun and quick shifts in temperature.
