Course
The established route uses rolling waterfront roads between St. George and Fort Wadsworth, with long views toward New York Harbor and the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge. The middle and later grades make even pacing more useful than chasing an aggressive opening split. The ferry is the simplest way to reach the start area.
