About the Monson Memorial Classic Half Marathon
The race began after Kelly Waldron and Kathy Waldron Perry died eight months apart from different cancers, and it has kept that identity ever since. Proceeds go to Griffin's Friends, which supports children in cancer treatment, and runners are asked to bring canned goods for a local food pantry.
