About the Marathon des Vins de Blaye
Organized by the local AMVB association, this destination marathon celebrates the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux landscape. Wine estates, volunteers and a festive program give the weekend a strong regional identity.
Course
The 42.195 km course leaves Blaye for surrounding vineyards and passes numerous named châteaux before returning to town. A seven-hour allowance favors enjoyment as well as racing.
