About the Isle of Wight Marathon
Organized by Ryde Harriers, the Isle of Wight Marathon is a long-standing British club race rather than a mass-city event. Ferry travel and island scenery add to its destination character.
Course
The road course rolls through villages and rural lanes in the eastern part of the island. Frequent climbs and descents reward conservative pacing and strong road-running legs.
