HURT is a lottery-entry 100-miler run by the Hawaii Ultra Running Team on the Honolulu Mauka Trail System above the city.
HURT 100 course description
The 2026 route used a short lower loop followed by five revised HURT loops. Nearly all of the course is technical singletrack with roots, rocks, mud, steep grades, and stream crossings.
