Course
The route starts near the University of Toledo and moves through Ottawa Hills, Sylvania, metropark sections, and paved parkway roads before finishing in the Glass Bowl. The profile is mild, the surfaces are friendly, and the layout gives pace-minded runners very few excuses.
Race-day weather
Late April in northwest Ohio is usually cool enough to help more than it hurts, but wind can still sweep across open sections. When the air stays calm, Glass City becomes even more of a speed course.
