Roxbury Fall Classic Marathon

This Connecticut full combines an old-school rural race feel with the broader Roxbury Fall Classic weekend. The marathon retains its own entry alongside the half and 50K.

Runners cover rolling rural roads that alternate between pavement and dirt around Roxbury. Frequent hills and surface changes favor effort-based pacing rather than rigid mile targets.

Mid-November in western Connecticut can be cold and clear, wet and windy or briefly snowy. Dirt-road sections may soften after rain, while shaded pavement can stay icy.
