About the Oman by UTMB Hajar Ultra
Oman by UTMB's longest race is a high-mountain traverse designed for experienced runners. It links historic settlements in the Hajar range while awarding four Running Stones and direct Finals access.
Course
The point-to-point route runs from Al Hamra to Birkat Al Mouz across steep ridgelines, deep wadis, exposed traverses and remote plateaus. Long technical sections build almost 8,000 metres of ascent.

Oman's mountains can swing from intense daytime heat to cold, silent nights. Exposure, dry air and the 48-hour limit make hydration, sun protection and warm overnight layers equally important.
