Course
The full marathon uses a flat, certified Winnipeg road course and finishes inside Princess Auto Stadium. Wave starts, relay exchanges, and a strict course-close schedule shape race-day logistics.
Race-day weather
Late June in Winnipeg can be warm, sunny, humid, or windy. A 7:00 a.m. start helps, but the flat course still rewards early restraint and steady hydration.
About the Manitoba Marathon

Manitoba Marathon FAQ
When is the Manitoba Marathon?
The 2027 Manitoba Marathon is on Sunday, June 20, 2027.
Is Manitoba Marathon a Boston qualifier?
Yes. Manitoba Marathon is a Boston Marathon qualifier. To use the result, you must run the certified full-marathon course within the qualifying window and meet the current standard for your age and gender. Meeting the standard lets you apply but does not guarantee entry, and net-downhill courses can receive a time adjustment under current B.A.A. rules. Review the Boston qualifying times and downhill-course rules, or browse upcoming Boston qualifier marathons.
