Logan Peak is a long-running mountain trail marathon above Logan, Utah. It rewards runners who want a hard alpine-style effort and technical terrain instead of a road-marathon time trial.

Course

The course starts at Hyrum Gibbons Mt. Logan Park and climbs through Dry Canyon toward Logan Peak. Runners face rocky trail, steep climbs and descents, and more than 6,600 feet of elevation gain.

Race-day weather

Race morning can start cool in Logan, but exposed climbs can warm quickly once the sun is up. Mountain weather and footing are bigger planning factors than road pace.
